I'm an administrative professional with a decade of customer-facing and back-office experience. I moved to England in 2015 and came up through hospitality — front desk, night audit, operations — which taught me accuracy under pressure and how to keep a busy day running smoothly.
Today I work as a customer service expert in automotive insurance repairs, handling the full administrative and financial lifecycle of claims: invoicing, payments, record accuracy, and keeping insurers, workshops, drivers and internal teams moving in step.
I'm also a numbers person — I hold a BSc in Data Science (2026) and a BSc in Computer Science (2010). Outside work I build software for fun: websites, automation, machine-learning experiments. That hobby is where the projects below come from.
